How you opt in

When you submit a lead inquiry form on aisellshomes.space — including the property inquiry form on any listing detail page, the contact form, or the home valuation request form — you may optionally check a box agreeing to receive recurring text messages from AI Sells Homes (Antonio Illas, Excel by LPT Realty) regarding your real estate inquiry.

The consent checkbox is unchecked by default. You must actively check the box to opt in. Submitting the form without checking the box still sends your inquiry — you simply will not receive text messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services, submitting an inquiry, completing any transaction, or any other purchase.

What you’ll receive

If you opt in, you may receive text messages from Antonio Illas regarding your real estate inquiry, including but not limited to:

• Replies to questions you submitted
• Showing scheduling and confirmations
• Information about properties matching your criteria
• Open house reminders
• Market updates relevant to your inquiry

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency variesbased on your inquiry activity — typically 1–5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AI Sells Homes does not charge you for receiving messages; any fees are between you and your wireless provider.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. Other accepted opt-out keywords include:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT

After you reply with any of these keywords, you’ll receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-opt in by replying START.
