I'm a Boston-area real estate agent licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, working with Excel by LPT Realty. I help buyers and sellers across the South Shore, Greater Boston, and surrounding communities navigate one of the most consequential financial decisions they'll make.
My approach is simple: be honest about price, be available when you have questions, and know the local market well enough that I can spot the difference between a deal and a money pit before we even tour a property. I'd rather talk you out of a bad house than push you into one that won't work for your life.
On the sell side, I'll give you the same straight numbers. We'll price your home based on real recent comps in your specific neighborhood, not on what you'd like to get for it. Then I'll market it hard.
