About this home

This side-by-side duplex presents a compelling investment opportunity within the heart of a desirable community. Is is within walking distance from the Lustiano Stadium, Germio Lustiano Portuguese Club, Our Lady of Fatima Church, shops, and the Ludlow River Walk. The generous lot provides ample outdoor space with access to two streets, enhancing the appeal of this versatile offering. This was originally a 6 bedroom multi-family, however, a closet was removed in one of the bedrooms to expand a bathroom. Thus the public records showing it as a 5 bedroom home. Both units were deleaded (2003 and 1998) and received letters of full deleading compliance. Updates include stainless steel liners with new caps and flashing in the chimneys (~2015), new plywood and 40 year architectural shingles on house, shed, and garage (~2012), cement driveway and sidewalk (Franklin St side), small outdoor storage space under Unit 36 stairs, gutted and renovated bathroom in Unit 38 (~2020), new flooring in Unit 36 bathroom (~2025), custom built on-site 24x16 ft shed (~2013), large 28 x 16 trex deck on Unit 38 side (~2009) (all APO). Both units will be vacant at the time of closing. Perfect for an owner occupant or an investor looking to add a fantastic duplex to their portfolio!
