TEENY TINY but super cute,no frills studio. There is a refrigerator in the apartment to the left of the closet & opposite the sink (pic was taken before it was purchased). Because this apartment is so small it can only accommodate one person.PLEASE NOTE: Only a twin or full size bed will fit in this space. There is no traditional stove/oven in the apartment for cooking purposes, just two portable electric burners. Feel free to bring your microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, etc. You just can't operate them all at once. Private full bath with shower stall. Parking for one small car. Cold water only, coin/app operated laundry in building. Rent is $900 per month & does not include utilities. Unit is all electric. Sorry, no smoking or vaping of any kind. No growing of cannabis. First, last & security required in advance of move-in. Excellent credit & unbiased housing references required as part of the application process. Rent collected via ACH. Pet possible with restrictions
